caramelized Spanish onions and garlic simmered in a hearty beef broth, with seasoned croutons, a topped with mozzarella and Swiss cheese

fresh mixed greens and crisp fresh vegitables with a side of our signature honey-dijion balsamic dressing

a half pound of PEI mussels, in a spicy tomato sauce with grilled garlic toast to get every last drop

steamed soy beans tossed with coarse salt.

seasoned quarter chicken, roasted to perfection and basted with our signature kaytoo BBQ sauce. served with herb roasted mini potatoes and seasonal vegetables

a half rack of our signature "fall off the bone" ribs, brushed with kaytoo BBQ sauce and accompanied with fresh cut fries and coleslaw
lemon and dill baked rainbow trout
local rainbow trout, pan seared and baked with lemon dill butter, served with long and wild rice and seasonal vegetables
