Tholos Restaurant

The spectacular old-world charm and warmth of the Greek island of Crete is now in the heart of the Village at Blue.  It is the brainchild of owner and designer Bill Vomvolakis who was inspired by a restaurant in his native Crete Tholos, a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, is equal parts exquisite food and visual excitement. Tholos will feature live weekend entertainment, with a variety of 2-4 piece performers, including, but not limited to, Greek Bouzouki and Guitar, Latin music, and the always popular Belly dancing performances.

8oz. Roasted Duck Breast - served with mashed potato and peach, pear and brandy compote

Vegetable Napoleon - Portobello and Oyster mushroom, grilled zucchini, roasted pepper and baby spinich, with caper roasted pepper sauce and lima bean garnish

Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet – rubbed with Mediterranean spices and brushed with basil oil
Braised Lamb Shank – slow cooked in dark broth with red wine, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Seafood Linguine - black tiger shrimp, sea scallop, lobster tai, cherry tomato and artichoke hearts in fresh herb aglio e olio sauce
