Tholos Restaurant
The spectacular old-world charm and warmth of the Greek island of Crete is now in the heart of the Village at Blue. It is the brainchild of owner and designer Bill Vomvolakis who was inspired by a restaurant in his native Crete Tholos, a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, is equal parts exquisite food and visual excitement. Tholos will feature live weekend entertainment, with a variety of 2-4 piece performers, including, but not limited to, Greek Bouzouki and Guitar, Latin music, and the always popular Belly dancing performances.

Chicken or Beef Souvlaki Dinner – grilled tender pieces of marinated grilled chicken breast or beef tenderloin, brushed with basil oil
Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet – rubbed with Mediterranean spices and brushed with basil oil
Braised Lamb Shank – slow cooked in dark broth with red wine, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Mousaka - layers of eggplant, potatoes, cinnamon and nutmeg seasoned ground beef, topped with a kefalotiri cheese béchamel sauce, served with seasonal vegetables
Farfale Primavera - roasted red and yellow pepper, grilled zucchini and spinach, in a pesto or mushroom and truffle cream sauce
