Tholos

The spectacular old-world charm and warmth of the Greek island of Crete is now in the heart of the Village at Blue.  It is the brainchild of owner and designer Bill Vomvolakis who was inspired by a restaurant in his native Crete Tholos, a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, is equal parts exquisite food and visual excitement. Tholos will feature live weekend entertainment, with a variety of 2-4 piece performers, including, but not limited to, Greek Bouzouki and Guitar, Latin music, and the always popular Belly dancing performances.

The Village At Blue Mountain is proud to welcome a great chef to the resort, Jeff Suddaby - for the opening of his second renowned restaurant!
